Influenster Dr. Scroll's Active Series

I want to share with you guys a product I've been testing out that was sent to me by Influenster. I received a package with the Dr. Scholl's Active replacement insoles

Product Info:
The Insoles has Triple Zone Protection
Ball of Foot (Padding to Improve Cushioning)
Arch (Reinforced to Support foot)
Heel (Deep heel cup to Absorb Impact with every step)
Help Prevent pain-shin, splints, runners knee, and plantar fasciitis

Now when I removed the soles from the package I was confused on how they were going to fit in my shoes if the size on the package said 81/2 - 11. Specially since I have big feet! But after reading the instructions it made sense. The instructions where pretty easy to follow, Now keep in mind you need to replace insoles every 6 months or first sign of wear according to the label. Now I wore the soles in my workout shoes, which I also used at work. I do a lot of walking, climbing, and standing on my feet for hours so this was a good way to break them  in. I didn't do my normal hardcore workout it in them such as Insanity but light jogging and cardio was enough in my opinion to tell the difference between my old ones.

Experience
As soon as I put my feet in I could feel a huge difference compared to my originals ones. The first few days you should allow your feet to adjust because my feet ached for a few days and I couldn't figure out why until I remember I changed the soles. I would suggest you break them in first before going into a hardcore session or running a marathon. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking into trying something new in their shoes. I won't say go run out and get this just because I feel like I need at least 3- 6 months to really know if its giving to give my feet and knees the best results.

Overall Opinion
I LOVE the Packaging
The Color/Style of the Insoles are super cute, very fashionable
The SweatMAX is a huge plus nobody likes funky feet!
The designed of the insoles were very thought out and I appreciate it. Someone who has a bad left knee I could feel the difference when I put pressure on them.  My feet felt very comfortable and good once it adjusted to the soles.
I really like this products

3Ys Natural Look

I hit my 3 year mark in July but I wasn't jumping for joy or as excited like the first 2 years. My hair is in that stage where I can't really do much with it. I love changing up my hairstyles because I get bored quickly. However I wanted to share my go to styles for my 3 year wrap up.

Influenster- Lifeway Kefir Review

Hey Yall,

I wanted to share with you a product that I recently tried out for the past for few days called Kefir!

Kefir is a Lowfat Cultured Milk Smoothie
"Good bacteria" like the probiotic cultures in Lifeway Kefir may help support a balance digestive system and a healthy immune system.

  • 99% Lactose free
  • Naturally Gluten Free
  • Good Source of Calcium
  • Live and Active Probiotic Cultures
My Experience
I went to my local Publix to find Kefir, it was located in the section with the almond milk. I wasn't really sure which one to get so I decided to play it safe and get the Plain Unsweetened. There are several other flavors, however Publix only had Blueberry and Strawberry-Banana. I decided to use Kefir in my morning and afternoon shakes. Before adding my shake mixture I tasted a bit of it, now to be completely honest it was not what I expected it had a "tart" taste. The taste once blended wasn't bad but the Kefir did overpower my shake mixture.Which I would rather taste my shake mixture. The after taste was still "tart". After finishing my glass I was full until lunch time 2 hours later.

Review Time
Taste & Smell- Kefir Plain Unsweetened has a "tart" taste. I think the next time I will get the Strawberry-Banana to try out. The smell reminds me of yogurt which I like.

Texture-It does has a thick "smoothie" texture. Which I wasn't to sure about at first as I was pouring it, because my shakes normally aren't thick. Once blended it was fine.

Price- I think the price should be lower just because Kefir for me didn't last the whole week. The price is about the same as Gallon of Milk and I can get almost a 2 weeks out of it.

I would purchase again just because I really want to know how the Strawberry-Banana taste. The price for me is a big factor on rather or not I would buy this on a regular.
