Weight Loss Part 2

So over a month ago I talked about losing weight...here's an update
I've lost 12lbs and drop two pants size...Go Girl!!

But Ive changed up my Workout Plan
I've been M.I.A from Zumba at the Base Gym but from time to time I will pop my booty in my living room. I try and get up in the morning and catch FitTv workout shows. I recently started Pilates for beginners and Im loving it. I just brought 30day shred by Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser the plan is to start that this weekend. We will see
